US President Donald Trump has accused Iran of being behind an attack on a vital oil pipeline in Saudi Arabia. The East-West Pipeline was attacked by drones coming from Iraq, resulting in injuries and some damage.

The pipeline was shut down as a precautionary measure after the incident on Thursday. The Saudi foreign ministry confirmed that multiple attacks had taken place, causing injuries to several people.

Trump pointed the finger at Iran when asked about the attack during a visit to Ireland. 'I think they are, probably they are,' he said in response to a question from a reporter.
