Trump Sends Saudi Nuclear Deal to Congress With Key Condition: Normalize Relations with Israel

According to nonproliferation experts, this would set a precedent and go against decades of U.S. policy aimed at preventing the spread of sensitive nuclear fuel-making technology. Andrea Stricker from the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies said Congress should oppose the agreement because it 'would end several decades of U.S. nonproliferation policy.'
