Turkey's Natural Gas Spot Market Sees 24.5% Trade Volume Drop

Natural gas prices on Turkey's spot market saw a decrease of 24.5% to around 3.7 million liras on Tuesday, according to data from the Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST). This marks a significant drop from Monday's trade volume of about 5 million liras.

The price of 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas on the spot market stood at 17,261 Turkish liras on Tuesday. The cumulative natural gas trade volume for the day amounted to around 217,000 cubic meters.
