Turkish Natural Gas Trade Volume Sees Significant Decrease on Saturday

Türkiye's spot natural gas market saw a decrease in trade volume of 8.6% on Saturday, according to data from the Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST). The total trade on Friday was about 5.24 million liras, while it decreased to approximately 4.79 million liras on Saturday.

The price of natural gas remained relatively stable, with 1,000 cubic meters costing 17,159 Turkish liras on the spot market. The cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 279,000 cubic meters on Saturday.

Türkiye received approximately 100.3 million cubic meters of gas on Saturday.
