Türkiye's Spot Natural Gas Market Sees 36.9% Trade Volume Surge
The trade volume on Türkiye's spot natural gas market saw a significant increase of 36.9% to around 3.78 million Turkish liras on Sunday.
According to data from the Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST), the total trade on Saturday amounted to about 2.8 million liras, indicating a substantial jump in activity on the spot market.
The price of natural gas on the spot market remained steady at 17,186 Turkish liras for every 1,000 cubic meters, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume reached around 220,000 cubic meters.
