A Ukrainian drone strike on Saturday damaged secondary processing units at Tyumen Oil Refinery in western Siberia, forcing it to halt production.

The refinery, owned by RI-Invest, is currently unable to process crude oil or produce petroleum products due to the damage.

The July 25 attack caused a fire that set off a diesel hydrotreating unit with an annual capacity of 2.6 million metric tons and a combined high-octane gasoline production unit.

The facility was already undergoing repairs following a June 6 fire, which was caused by internal technical issues.
