UBS has maintained its Neutral rating on Green Plains Renewable Energy (NASDAQ:GPRE) with a $20.00 price target, citing operational improvements under new management.

The firm notes that the company's focus on driving operational excellence across the platform has led to significant changes compared to last year.

Green Plains' expanding carbon business is generating meaningful value, according to UBS, which also points out favorable demand fundamentals in ethanol, corn oil, and protein markets as additional support.

The analyst firm estimates that Green Plains' EBITDA will reach $292 million for 2026, a significant increase from the prior year's $94 million, while net income is expected to grow this year.
