UK Wheat Futures Break £200/t Barrier Amid Export Concerns
UK wheat futures have returned above the key £200/t threshold in recent trading.
The November 2026 contract for the week ending August 14 ended with prices at £203/t, up 1/8% from a week earlier.
According to the Agricultural and Horticultural Development Board (AHDB), the highest price reached so far by this contract is £207.00/t, which occurred on July 22.
This could prove to be an important level for prices in the coming weeks, with AHDB suggesting that there may be some 'resistance' around this mark.
