Ukraine's drone attack on Novorossiysk has caused widespread destruction and disruption to global grain supplies. According to Russian industry sources, at least three people were killed in the massive overnight assault, including an 8-year-old child.

The attack damaged four enterprises, over two dozen residential buildings, and some educational facilities, forcing the governor of Krasnodar region to declare an emergency situation.

As a result, two major grain terminals have halted work at Novorossiysk, a key port city in Russia's Black Sea region. This has raised fears of disruptions to global wheat supplies, with Chicago wheat futures rising around 3% following the reports of the attack.
