US Carrier Under Fire as Iran Draws Red Line in Hormuz
The United States has been accused of attacking three Iranian oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz, leading to escalating tensions between the two nations.
Iran's Armed Forces warned that continued attacks on its ships and intensification of the maritime blockade would trigger a stronger response from their military forces.
The IRGC Navy targeted several US vessels, including an aircraft carrier and destroyer, as well as a remotely controlled vessel in the Strait of Hormuz. The US CENTCOM claimed to have targeted three oil tankers carrying Iranian crude oil on September 5.
