US Destroys Five Iranian Oil Tankers Amid Escalating Conflict

The US military has responded to attacks by Iran's Revolutionary Guard on a US warship with a strike against five Iranian crude oil tankers. According to the US Central Command, the tankers were destroyed in response to two Iranian efforts to hit the warship with ballistic missiles over the past two days.
