US Halts Strikes on Iran Amid Escalating Tensions
The US military has not launched any new strikes on Iran for the second consecutive night, following nearly two weeks of attacks. The pause in operations began after 13 days of continuous strikes.
Despite the halt in hostilities, tensions in the region remain high. Iranian authorities and local media have reported no new attacks from US forces since Friday evening.
Meanwhile, Iran-backed Houthi militants claimed responsibility for attacks on facilities linked to Saudi oil giant Saudi Aramco in the cities of Jizan and Yanbu. However, neither Riyadh nor the company has officially confirmed the claims.
