US Investment Brings Momentum to Australia's Shale Gas Project

The Beetaloo Basin in Australia's Northern Territory is gaining momentum as developers bring in US equipment, money, and expertise to make the country's first shale gas project economically viable.

The basin's remoteness requires billions of dollars to build pipelines, but its development could open a new source of LNG supply for Asia.
