US-Iran Conflict Sends Brent Crude to $90 as Trump Approval Plummets
Brent crude oil prices rose to $90 per barrel as the US-Iran conflict continues without resolution. The prolonged crisis has pushed Brent crude above $91 a barrel on Monday, while West Texas Intermediate hit $85 per barrel.
The US President's approval rating fell to 33%, the lowest of his presidency, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll. Trump cited India's election system and Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar in his push for voter ID requirements and the SAVE America Act.
