US Military Intercepts Iranian Ballistic Missiles in Middle East

The US military intercepted ballistic missiles fired by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) at American forces in the Middle East, according to a statement on Tuesday.

The IRGC launched several missiles from inside Iran targeting US forces stationed across the region at 9:45 pm GMT. The US military said all the missiles were successfully intercepted with no immediate reports of casualties or damage.

US forces remain on high alert, maintaining maximum readiness while closely monitoring developments. The incident led to a spike in oil prices, with West Texas Intermediate crude futures jumping 4.4% to $82.67 a barrel.
