US Missile Attack Strikes Iranian Oil Tanker Near Kharg Island
An Iranian oil tanker was struck by four projectiles fired from US forces near Kharg Island on Saturday morning, according to semi-official Tasnim news agency.
The attack caused no casualties and crew members were evacuating the vessel, local sources reported.
This incident follows previous US-Israeli strikes against Iran on February 28, which led Tehran to restrict passage through the Strait of Hormuz for vessels linked to the United States or Israel.
