The US-Israel-Iran conflict continues to escalate, with Iran receiving the bodies of five IRGC members killed in recent joint US-Saudi airstrikes in Iraq. The transfer followed military operations carried out earlier this week by the United States and Saudi Arabia, which targeted Iran-backed militant groups in Iraq.

The return of the bodies has further intensified tensions between Tehran and Washington as both sides continue to exchange military and political accusations.

Meanwhile, oil prices remain volatile due to geopolitical tensions. Brent crude futures fell $1.03 to $88 per barrel, while WTI crude declined by $1.50 to $82.09 per barrel.

The US has imposed fresh sanctions on six entities and individuals across China, India, Russia, and Iran, accusing them of supporting the IRGC and helping expand its military capabilities.
