US Tops Global Oil Producers List, Accounting for Nearly 40% of Production

The United States has surpassed Russia and Saudi Arabia to become the world's largest producer of crude oil and condensates, according to international rankings. Last year, the US produced 13.58 million barrels per day (b/d), significantly outpacing its competitors.
