USDA AMS Reports Final Futures Settlements and Cash Bids for Sunflower, Canola, Millet, and Flaxseed

The USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) released its national daily report for sunflower, canola, millet, and flaxseed on August 31, 2026. The report includes final futures settlements, cash bids, and basis values for various oilseed commodities.

Futures settlements on the Chicago Board of Trade showed corn for September 2026 delivery at 515.00 cents per bushel, while soybeans for September 2026 settled at 1275.25 cents per bushel. Wheat for September 2026 was quoted at 756.50 cents per bushel, and white oats for the same month at 347.00 cents per bushel.

The report also listed cash bids for conventional canola in bulk at various locations. In Hallock, Minnesota, bids ranged from 24.69 to 26.39 dollars per hundredweight, with changes of minus 0.26 to minus 0.24 dollars. In Enderlin, North Dakota, bids were between 24.98 and 26.79 dollars per hundredweight, with changes of minus 0.59 to minus 0.23 dollars.
