USDA Releases National Daily Report for Sunflower, Canola, Millet, and Flaxseed
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) released its national daily report for sunflower, canola, millet, and flaxseed on August 14, 2026. The report provided futures settlements, commodity prices, cash bids, and oilseed market indicators.
According to the report, final futures settlements were recorded on the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), Kansas City Board of Trade (KCBT), and Minneapolis Grain Exchange (MGE). For corn, the September 2026 contract settled at 459.00 cents per bushel, while the December 2026 contract settled at 483.25.
The report also detailed conventional canola bids at terminals, mills, and processors in Hallock, Minnesota, and Enderlin, North Dakota. In Hallock, bids ranged from 24.86 to 26.46 dollars per hundredweight, with increases of 0.60 across most locations. In Enderlin, bids ranged from 26.02 to 26.74 dollars per hundredweight, with increases of 0.61 and one location up 0.88.
