USW Workshop Connects Southeast Asian Buyers with US Wheat Supply Chain

A recent workshop organized by U.S. Wheat Associates (USW) brought together professionals from Southeast Asian countries to discuss procurement strategies for wheat buyers.

The Contracting for Wheat Value Workshop, held in mid-August in North Dakota and Oregon, focused on strengthening participants' understanding of U.S. wheat quality, contracting, logistics, and value throughout the supply chain.

Field visits put the discussions into practice, allowing attendees to see firsthand how investments are made in wheat breeding, production, grain handling, and quality preservation.
