Venture Global Secures 20-Year LNG Deal with China Gas
US-based Venture Global Inc., which operates liquefied natural gas (LNG) production facilities in Louisiana, has signed a 20-year sales and purchase agreement with China Gas Holdings Limited to supply 0.5 million tonnes per annum of LNG.
The deal, scheduled to begin in 2030, brings the total long-term offtake between the two companies to 2.5 million tonnes per annum under 20-year agreements across Venture Global's portfolio.
'Venture Global is pleased to expand our LNG partnership with China Gas, a leading natural gas operator in China,' said Mike Sabel, CEO of Venture Global.
