Vietnam Gold Prices Stable Amid Global Market Volatility
Gold prices remained relatively stable on September 10th morning in Vietnam, but buyers still face significant risks. The Saigon Jewelry Company Limited (SJC) listed gold bars of 1 tael at 143.6 million VND for buying and 146.6 million VND for selling.
The difference between the buying and selling prices was 3 million VND per tael, with a slight adjustment in the selling price compared to the previous day. Meanwhile, world gold prices recovered after a sharp decline on September 9th, as the US dollar weakened and safe-haven demand increased.
According to Dr. Nguyen Tri Hieu, a financial and banking expert, those who bought gold at high prices should not panic sell just because the market experiences sharp declines. He advises investors to monitor market developments further before making a decision.
