Vietnamese Gold Prices Climb Amid Global Uptick in World Markets
The gold price continued its uptrend in Vietnam on September 12, closing at 143-146 million VND/tael for SJC gold bars. The buying-selling difference remained stable at 3 million VND/tael.
Other brands recorded a slight increase of 300,000 to 600,000 VND/tael in both directions, while Bao Tin Manh Hai reversed its trend and decreased by 1.7 million VND/tael, bringing the price of SJC gold bars to 142.9-146.9 million VND/tael.
The price of 9999 gold rings also saw an uptick, with Phu Quy Gold and Gems Group listing it at 143-146.4 million VND/tael, while DOJI Group listed it at 143-147 million VND/tael.
On the global stage, world gold prices were recorded at 4,347.7 USD/ounce, a 32.1 USD increase from the previous day, representing a near 1% uptick in value.
