The gold price remained steady in Vietnam on September 10th, as SJC gold bar prices listed by Phu Quy, DOJI, and Bao Tin Minh Chau were unchanged at 143.6-146.6 million VND/tael (buying - selling). The buying-selling difference was at 3 million VND/tael.

Phu Quy Gold and Gems Group listed the price of gold rings at the threshold of 143.6-47 million VND/tael (buying - selling), with a buying-selling difference of 3.4 million VND/tael.

The world gold price, recorded at 6:00 PM, was around 4,376.8 USD/ounce, down 24 USD from the previous day.

Analysts believe that a slightly weaker USD is supporting gold prices, while concerns about global debt continue to support gold demand.
