Vivakor Crude Oil Trading Portfolio Surges toward $2 Billion Milestone
Vivakor, Inc., an integrated provider of energy transportation, storage, reuse and remediation services, announced that its subsidiary, Vivakor Supply & Trading, LLC, has entered into new 12-month crude oil purchase and sale transactions. These deals expand VST's crude oil trading portfolio and bring the company closer to reaching $2 billion in annualized commercial activity.
Under the agreements, VST will sell an aggregate of 200,000 barrels of West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil per month, representing approximately 2.4 million barrels of annual sales volume. These transactions are scheduled to commence September 1, 2026, and continue through August 31, 2027.
According to Vivakor's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer James Ballengee, these new deals represent another important step in the expansion of VST's supply and trading business. 'We believe we are still in the early stages of realizing the opportunity in front of us,' he said. 'Our growing commercial relationships and expanding infrastructure capabilities are creating additional opportunities across the platform.'
