Vivakor Supply & Trading to Recognize $270 Million in Q3 Revenue Amid Crude Oil Demand
Vivakor Inc., a company operating in the oil and gas industry, has released third-quarter guidance for its subsidiary Vivakor Supply & Trading LLC. The subsidiary is expected to generate unaudited revenue of around $270 million for the three months ending September 30, 2026, primarily from recurring physical crude oil marketing programs.
This figure represents management's current estimate of Supply & Trading revenue expected to be recognized during the three months ending September 30, 2026. It differs from the annualized commercial activity figures previously announced by the company, which describe the estimated annual value of physical crude oil sales volumes based on current pricing and expected volumes.
Vivakor's Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer James Ballengee commented that providing both measures gives investors a clearer understanding of VST's current scale and growth trajectory. The company has disclosed two new long-term crude oil programs and expanded its announced commercial marketing platform from about $700 million to $1.5 billion in annualized commercial activity.
