Vylor Unveils Xpedite Hybrid Wheat Technology for Drought-Resistant Yields

A new hybrid wheat technology called Xpedite is being developed by Vylor, an advanced seed and genetics company. The platform targets yield gains of 10-20% and aims to generate $1 billion in wheat revenue by 2040.

The technology has been shown in multi-year research trials to consistently produce strong yields and yield stability, even under adverse conditions such as disease and drought.

Vylor anticipates that the hybrid wheat will accelerate growth of its North American wheat portfolio, with $500 million in revenue expected by 2035 and $1 billion by 2040.
