Wall Street Rises as Oil Prices Ease Further
Most of Wall Street rose on Tuesday as oil prices eased further from their two-month high. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 402 points, or 0.8%, as of 10 a.m. Eastern time, while the Nasdaq composite was 1.1% lower.
The S&P 500 slipped 0.2% in morning trading, but this modest move masked big swings underneath the surface.
Oil prices are easing after reaching a two-month high last week, which helped lift most U.S. stocks.
