Weaker Dollar Fuels Gold Price Gains Ahead of Inflation Data

Gold prices rose on Tuesday as the US dollar weakened, with investors awaiting key inflation data that may influence the Federal Reserve's next policy move.

The price of spot gold increased by 0.6% to $4,429.89 per ounce, while US gold futures for December delivery remained largely unchanged at $4,475.10.

Silver also saw gains, rising 1% to $66.78 per ounce, and platinum climbed 0.4% to $1,834.00.
