Grain prices in Western Canada have been released by PDQ, which is owned by the Alberta Wheat Commission. The figures are provided as of August 31, 2026.

The average grain prices vary across different areas in Western Canada. CWRS and CWAD wheat prices range from $13.5 to $327.48 per metric tonne, while CPSR and CDA prices range from $11.5 to $297.98 per metric tonne.

Canola and peas prices are also provided for various regions. The Peace region has a canola price of $317.38 per metric tonne, while the Northwest region has a canola price of $284.90 per metric tonne.

Producers are advised to check with multiple grain companies for basis levels in their area.
