Wheat Contracts Slip Back as Trade Begins Wednesday
The wheat market is starting off Wednesday trade on a downward trend, with contracts ranging from 5 to 11 cents lower.
This comes after the complex saw an extension of its rally in September, with Chicago SRW contracts increasing by 4 ¼ to 9 3/4 cents on Tuesday.
The weekly NASS Crop Progress report showed that 77% of US spring wheat had been harvested as of Sunday, which is 9% ahead of the normal pace.
