Wheat Futures Rise on Continued Black Sea Disruptions

US wheat futures rose on Wednesday as disruptions to Black Sea grain exports continued. The Chicago Board of Trade's most active wheat contract was up 0.3% at $6.64-1/2 a bushel.

The market is concerned about the security risks facing the region's supply chains, with three major Russian grain terminals restricting truck deliveries and a missile strike hitting the port city of Taganrog.

Meanwhile, the US Department of Agriculture reported that 63% of the country's corn crop was rated 'good-to-excellent' condition as of Sunday, down from 67% a week earlier.
