Wheat Futures Soar Amid Black Sea Strikes
Wheat futures surged higher overnight amid continued strikes on export infrastructure in the Black Sea. Corn and soybeans followed suit, reaching support levels early in the session.
The US dollar index is around 200 points lower this morning, while front-month crude oil futures are trading modestly lower.
The USDA reported daily export sales of 132,000 MT of soybeans for delivery to China during the 2026-27 marketing year.
