WTI, Brent Crude Oil Prices Surge on August 20th
Oil prices saw an increase on August 20th, according to reports from Armenpress. The WTI Crude Oil (Light Sweet) price at the NYMEХ Stock Exchange rose by 0.79% to $86.50 per barrel. This comes as a welcome relief for oil markets after recent fluctuations.
The Brent Crude Oil price at London’s IСE Stock Exchange also saw an uptick, increasing by 1.92% to $93.55 per barrel. It's worth noting that the NYMEХ is a leading futures market and ranks first in oil futures trade.
