Zelensky Warns of New Global Food Crisis Due to Russia's Black Sea Blockade

President Volodymyr Zelensky has warned of a potential global food crisis due to Russia's actions in Ukraine. The Ukrainian leader stated that Russia is deliberately attacking agricultural enterprises and ports, which could provoke another global food crisis.

In his evening address, Zelensky emphasized the deliberate nature of these attacks, pointing out that ordinary agricultural enterprises are being targeted. He noted that a similar situation occurred in 2022, when Russian aggression threatened food security in countries such as Egypt, Libya, and others.

Zelensky reminded international partners and organizations about the consequences of Russia's actions on grain exports from the Black Sea region. Ukraine is preparing to counter these actions by coordinating its steps with international partners to protect global food security.
