$1 Billion Insurance Push by InfinityDAO to Strengthen Risk Management
InfinityDAO is working on securing up to $1 billion in insurance coverage through a UK-based crypto insurance syndicate. The proposed program aims to protect against various risks, including token default, platform failure, crime and digital asset theft, directors and officers liability, and other ecosystem-related risks.
The five key areas of protection include token default, which would cover specified insured events affecting the IDL token; platform default, which would apply to defined failures involving the InfinityDAO ecosystem; crime and digital asset theft insurance, which would cover certain types of cyber-related losses and unauthorized removal of assets; directors and officers insurance, which would provide protection against covered liability claims; and wider ecosystem risks.
InfinityDAO operates on the Polygon blockchain and has an AI-driven economic framework designed to manage token emissions, liquidity, and long-term sustainability. The company's architecture includes five modules: Quantum Emission Matrix, Flux Liquidity Shield, Velocity Recycle Core, HyperGuard Lock, and Infinity Sustainability Protocol.
