$10 Million Crypto-Funded Deal for Zeta Network Group

Zeta Network Group (ZNB) has entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain investors for a private placement of units totaling US$10,000,002.1.

The deal involves institutional purchasers and is subject to customary closing conditions before it becomes effective.

Each unit includes one Class A ordinary share and one warrant, sold at an offering price of US$2.93 per unit.
