$1,000 Invested in Established Coin Loses Over Half Its Value
An analysis of two $1,000 investments highlights the differences between an established cryptocurrency and a new one. Avalanche (AVAX), once considered a safe bet due to its strong institutional backing and developer base, has seen its value drop by around 56% over the past year, leaving it at roughly 95.6% below its all-time high.
This means that the $1,000 invested in AVAX a year ago is now worth approximately $440. In contrast, the same amount of money invested in Block DAG (BDAG) presale today would buy 500,000 BDAG at Stage 1 pricing, with a potential value of $50,000 if it reaches its target price of $0.10.
The comparison is not about dismissing Avalanche as a network but rather highlighting what buying an established coin actually delivered. The Block DAG ecosystem has made significant progress in the past year, with a live mainnet, real on-chain activity, and a growing community.
