$11.8M Stolen from Singapore-Based Payment Service Triple-A
The Singapore-based payment service Triple-A has confirmed unauthorized access to its treasury wallets, resulting in a loss of $11.8 million.
The attack began on July 24 and continued over multiple days, with the attacker withdrawing funds across various networks, including Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Solana, and The Open Network.
Triple-A discovered the attack on July 25 and temporarily suspended services for about three hours to isolate affected infrastructure segments. The company stated that client funds were unaffected, as they are held in trust accounts with third-party custodians per regulatory requirements.
