$15M FACTOR Vault Brings Institutional Private Credit On-Chain
Plume has launched FACTOR Vault, a tokenized yield-generating vault that grants qualified on-chain investors access to institutional private credit through net working capital financing and other short-duration assets.
The $15 million launch is a collaboration between Plume, Tradable, and Deep Ocean Partners. Plume offers the vault framework and acts as curator, while Tradable provides the infrastructure for tokenization and marketplaces. Deep Ocean Partners is responsible for originating, underwriting, and servicing the underlying financing opportunities.
FACTOR emphasizes the potential of blockchain to transform private credit distribution and administration, but tokenization does not address inherent risks such as borrower performance and collateral value.
