21Shares Switches TOXR Pricing Benchmark to FTSE

21Shares has made an infrastructure change to its U.S. XRP exchange-traded fund, TOXR, switching from the CME CF XRP-Dollar Reference Rate: New York Variant to the FTSE XRP Index as a pricing benchmark.

The move will take effect on August 27 and is expected to have no material impact on TOXR's net asset value (NAV), XRP valuation, or operating results. The fund currently holds around $149.7 million in assets, according to its fund page.

TOXR launched in December 2025 and gives investors direct exposure to XRP through a regulated product. The switch brings the fund closer to the benchmark framework used by other 21Shares products, potentially simplifying comparisons and operations for institutions managing multiple crypto ETFs.
