$2.5B Equity Facility Boosted for Hyperliquid Strategies
Hyperliquid Strategies has increased its equity financing facility with Chardan Capital Markets from $1 billion to $2.5 billion, according to a new filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The expanded agreement allows for periodic share sales but does not guarantee that the company will raise the full $2.5 billion amount.
Proceeds from the facility can be used for general corporate purposes, including potential purchases of HYPE, the native token of the Hyperliquid network.
