$300B Stablecoin Market Fuels Altcoin Demand as AlphaPepe Targets DEX Intelligence Gap
The $300 billion stablecoin market has grown significantly and is now considered 'dry powder,' waiting to be rotated into crypto assets. This pool of cash can be a catalyst for altcoins, but its impact depends on various factors. For instance, the rotation into altcoins also depends on a risk-on catalyst that has not clearly fired.
AlphaPepe aims to capture this potential by targeting the DEX intelligence gap, which is the lack of safety and insight on decentralized exchanges (DEXs). The company's product, AlphaSwap, scans contracts for risks before swapping, tracks whale flow, and provides sentiment analysis. Currently, AlphaPepe is in Stage 19 of its presale at $0.02501 with a total raised amount of $2.21 million.
The analyst launch case would be roughly a 40x increase, but it's essential to note that targeting the DEX intelligence gap is not the same as owning it. Two things must break right for AlphaPepe to succeed: the stablecoin dry powder needs to rotate into small-cap altcoins, and the company must effectively capture the DEX intelligence gap.
The product exists today, but capturing this gap is a challenging task, especially considering that spotting a real gap is easy, while owning it against live competition is hard. As with any presale, there's also the risk of young tokens failing often and going to zero.
