$3.2 Billion Flows Into Crypto Funds as Bitcoin ETFs Lead Rebound
Crypto funds have seen significant inflows in recent weeks, with $3.2 billion pouring into these funds for the week ending August 26. This marks a notable reversal from previous outflows and is the highest level since October 2025, according to Bank of America's 'The Flow Show' report based on EPFR data.
The majority of this new capital flowed through ETFs tied to Bitcoin and Ether, with U.S. spot ETFs absorbing around $2.6 billion during the week. This shows that investors are favoring large, highly liquid products familiar to the traditional financial system.
Institutional investors seem to be focusing on major ETFs, with BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust being one of the clearest beneficiaries. The market's largest spot Bitcoin ETF pulled in roughly $930 million over the past week, following a previous week of strong inflows.
