$350K Crypto Cashout Linked to GTA VI Hacker's Wallet
The alleged hacker behind the massive GTA VI leaks in 2022 has cashed out approximately $350,000 in digital assets. The withdrawal was detected late last week and is believed to be linked to a wallet associated with the individual responsible for the cyberattack.
The suspect, an 18-year-old British youth, was arrested and charged in connection with the leak, which included over 100 videos and screenshots of an unofficial version of Grand Theft Auto VI. The company confirmed the authenticity of the material shortly after, describing it as an illegal intrusion into its network.
The movement of funds is thought to be a deliberate attempt to launder assets that had remained dormant for a considerable period. This action has raised questions about who is currently controlling these addresses, given that the alleged mastermind of the GTA VI leaks is under the supervision of British authorities.
