U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) experienced significant net outflows after four trading days, amounting to $46.65 million, according to SoSoValue data. This reversal came on September 8, as investors pulled money from these products.
The largest contributors to the net outflow were Grayscale's GBTC, Fidelity's FBTC, and Invesco's BTCO, with GBTC losing $65.51 million alone. By contrast, some ETFs saw significant inflows: Bitwise's BITB recorded a net inflow of $14.47 million, while BlackRock's IBIT took in $10.66 million, Ark Invest's ARK drew $8.06 million, and Morgan Stanley's MSBT added $7.41 million.
