$52.5M Funding Boost for World Foundation's Human Verification Infrastructure
The World Foundation has secured $52.5 million in funding through a one-year locked token sale, which is a significant milestone for the nonprofit organization's mission to preserve authenticity in the AI era.
The funding round was led by Pantera Capital and also attracted participation from several prominent investment firms, including Bain Capital Crypto, Eightco Holdings, Selini Capital, Susquehanna Crypto, and others. The tokens distributed during this investment remain subject to a 12-month lock-up period, demonstrating the long-term commitment of participating investors.
The World Foundation intends to utilize the newly raised capital to expand its human verification infrastructure across multiple sectors, including enterprise platforms, consumer applications, and emerging AI-driven services. As organizations increasingly integrate AI into their products and workflows, reliable verification systems capable of distinguishing humans from machines are expected to become essential digital infrastructure.
