$75M Cronos Hack Triggers Emergency Network Pause

A DeFi exploit has forced Cronos to pause operations after an attacker manipulated TONIC's price nearly 100 times, using the inflated token as collateral to borrow real assets from Tectonic.

Cronos validators halted the network in response to the attack, which resulted in a loss of $75 million.
