AAA Launches Web3 Panel for Blockchain Disputes

Share

The American Arbitration Association (AAA) has established a Web3 panel to handle disputes related to blockchain transactions, smart contracts, and digital assets.

The panel consists of arbitrators and mediators with experience in smart contract code, DeFi protocols, token economics, and blockchain governance.

This new initiative aims to provide a quicker resolution for disputing parties, offering confidentiality and an award that is valid worldwide through the New York Convention.

The existence of this panel is particularly relevant as courts often struggle to understand technical issues in Solidity or blockchain oracle failures, making it difficult for them to resolve disputes related to digital assets.
